Optoelectronic characterization, Solar cell Characterization Lab

The lab is fully equipped to perform detailed optoelectronic characterization of electronic devices. Measurements can be preformed in ambient as well as in a nitrogen glove box with the aid of a dedicated probe station. Electrical characterization can be performed in DC, in frequency domain as well as in pulsed regime. The lab is equipped with Semiconductor parameter analyzer, LCR meter, network analyzer, pulse and arbitrary waveform generator, current/voltage amplifiers and oscilloscopes. Pulsed LED and/or laser diodes can be used to measure device photoconductivity.
